This mount allows the replacement of the built in Anycubic Mega X screen with a Bigtree Tech 5" PiTFT. It requires no modifications to either the display or the Mega X, all you need are the 4 mounting screws from the original display, 6 M2.5-0.45X10 screws and 4 M2.5 hex nuts.
It's designed to be used with my Mega X silent running upgrade board mount, which lets you add a Raspberry Pi to the inside of the Mega X. The display is designed to be connected to a Raspberry Pi and works with KlipperScreen or OctoScreen. This way you can control either Klipper or OctoPrint directly from the printer instead of always relying on a browser.
Installing this is pretty simple, start with the bottom piece and mount it where the original display used to be. Mount the display to the top piece and then add the top piece to the bottom piece using 4 M2.5 screws and the hex nuts. This part can be a little finnicky because there's not a whole lot of clearance. The easiest way is to hold the nuts down
