Some AnyCubic Predator (D) printers have problems detecting the end stops placed on the pulley sliders. The end stops are black metal pieces attached to the top of the pulley sliders. The base is attached with a pair of 2mm screws. The vertical part of the end stop is supposed to poke into the bottom side of the electronic control box (ECB) and break the beams of three optical limit switches. The end stop is shown in the photo marked "A".
The problem is that the ECBs are not adequately tested after assembly, and the limit switches may be mounted so that the end stop can't get far enough into the switch body to interrupt the light beam. The result is that the stepper motor in the any of the three vertical beams may just continue to grind away until you shut off the printer's power.
These shims are intended to be placed between the top of the pulley slider and the bottom of the end stop. If you are having the grinding belt problem, try the 1mm shim first at the vertical bea
