I like the design but I think short version looks better. I cut him into pieces, fixed the right hand, changed the tray with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4849698 and got rid of the base.

Print the body upside down, You may need to file the contact area of the head, other than that it's easy peasy.

I used cubes for alignment but since each printer has different character measure the holes after the print and change the scale of the cube in the slicer settings.

If you intend to use cubes then orientation of the parts is important, bottom/top faces of cube areas must be parallel to the bed for an easy fit.
