Apex Legends Large Shield Battery

Apex legends quickly became a favourite for many. I decided to make a quick design of this, this morning to get the cogs in my head spinning. I used in-game footage to get the dimensions approximately right. This is a large shield battery with a functional charging handle and dimensions of 400mm in height and 200mm in diameter.

You can print it as a whole with printed bolts or you can print it with the lid seperate and use real bolts (MC6S M6x20) to secure it in place.

This is a large and quite difficult print, so I would advise printing it in appropriate sections. I plan to also make a twist lock for the handle which you can see in game, as well as a better guide when pulling the charge out.

* 2019/07/04: Added V2 with a guide as well as a threaded type charging lock for the handle. I also changed the design of the inside slightly to better resemble that of the game. Next up is implementing a nice way to add LED's to the design to simulate the shield charge.
