API Test Tube Drying Rack

This is a remix of the API Test Tube Stand by @alan.anthony1 where holes have been added under the test tubes so they can be placed upside down after cleaning to dry. I increased overall dimensions slightly to allow for better drainage, water will gravity drain from test tubes, but the surface tension will prevent the water from fully draining from the drains in the stand. I also added width on the top piece so the support beams are captive making it easier to glue the top on. Version 2.0 added
