This is a keycap for the reset key of an Apple 2e, but with a Cherry MX base. This fits a replacement keyboard PCB I made for my Apple 2e, which has footprints for modern Cherry MX compatible key switches. The reset keycap is smaller than normal keycaps and so cannot be purchased and has to be printed.
