Apple //c Drive Latch

This is a replacement latch for the Apple //c's internal 5.25" disk drive. It will work just as well on the matching external 5.25" drives. The outer dimensions (cosmetic) are not 100% accurate but functionality is not affected.

Indexing pins (2.0 mm diameter x 1.00 mm length, 2 required): these may be sourced from a materials supplier, or in a pinch, you can use the shank from a 1/8" rivet (the ones I had on hand measured 1.95 mm). The hole for the indexing pins runs the complete length of the part but a length of around 0.75-1.00 cm is about right.

Spring: I sourced one from a local hardware store and cut it to a length appropriate to give the proper amount of tension on the latch. Spring length will vary based on the properties of the spring(s) (number of turns, material thickness, etc.) that you're able to obtain.
