Apple Kit Card

Added the necessary quantities of each part from StoneColdLoki's "Simple Apple Puzzle" and combined them in "kit card" format. Still experimenting with the widths of the connecting pieces, so comment with feedback on how they came out on your print!

*Will need to be upscaled to whatever size fits on your printer; I've tested it with it 105mm long on the longest edge
