How I made this:
1) Grabbed a picture of the map off of the Internet.
2) Converted it to an SVG online.
3) Imported to Tinkercad for rescaling* (finished product can be found there).
4) Edited elevation in Blender using pictures from http://feasibilityofapricothillraceway.blogspot.ca/ for reference.
*I rescaled it to export to a correctly scaled MCEdit schematic (also done in Tinkercad).
EDIT 6/04: Fixed elevation on esses.
