The Aqara Door and Window Sensor is a fantastic sensor, but the alignment of the two pieces must be reasonably precise which can be difficult if the placement isn't a typical flat surface. Here I've modelled a small riser piece which I've created at various heights to lift the height of the door sensor piece so that it more accurately aligns with the magnet piece. I've provided heights between 0.5mm and 50mm, with the shape exactly fitting the shape of the Door and Window Contact Sensor itself, as not to extend past the edges, allowing you to place it flush against whatever surface you need to. I needed a piece that would not be larger than the original door sensor, thus it is not enclosed, nor does it have a way of locking in place against the door sensor.
