Aqara Smart Valve Controller Vertical Mount

A friend of mine recently obtained the Aqara Smart Valve Controller T1. This is a smart device that is meant to be attached to your main-water cutoff in your house. If water is detected by the T1 sensor, the arm will rotate the cutoff to the off position. Unfortunately, this sensor is rather heavy and if your main cutoff is in-line with Pex or PVC pipe the sensor will droop. When in this position it is not in line with the cutoff lever and won't work. Other than the hose clamps required, I added a strip of velcro around the middle to keep the enclosure tighter against the T1 sensor. This solution also allows the enclosure to be easily removed to service the battery compartment.
