AR-15 Upper Receiver Vice Block

This is a remix from galiettd, I reduced the interference so there shouldnt be anymore filing required. The total thickness is reduced as well to accomodate the opening distance on the 3-in vice from harbor freight. The total length of the fingers has been reduced to ensure that the upper receiver is being clamped, not the fingers against the opposing block.
