AR15 Wall Rack
Ability to add cable lock via slot in back of base.
Adjustable. Using set screw.
Parts needed:
(1) rod. 7mm (Arrow Shaft, Carriage Bolt, Round Stock) 100-200mm length...depending on AR.
(12) Drywall / Decking type screws. 2" Aggressive thread pitch. I used stainless steel screws I found. Kreg pocket screws you can find at Lowes may also be a good option. You'll figure it out.
Drill 1/8" (.125mm) in rod end so that the 2" screw will lock the peg in place.
Drill 1/8" (.125mm) in rod side (see pilot hole) and use 2" screw to lock rod at proper length.
Found that 50% infill and 10 walls worked good for PLA. Long print time. Other stronger materials can scale back infill and walls and time.
Print flat for strength.
