Aragold is an ancient Elder Dragon that nests in volcanic caverns. It uses raw gold for bedding and supplemental food. Over the centuries, its scales have biologically fused with these minerals, forming an organic armor harder than steel. Its mirror-like golden skin reflects the sun's rays with devastating intensity. When it flies during the day, this reflection ignites forest fires and melts the landscape. Aragold lacks a flame, but it does possess a unique thermoregulatory system. It channels the sun's accumulated heat through its scales, concentrating the energy to a devastating point to incinerate prey. Hunters challenge its territory for glory and riches.
