Arcs player boards

Arcs player boards with double recess height for resources, cities/starports, trophies/captives and outrage. Added a zone to store unused starports. Recommend printing with a 0.2 mm nozzle for text and logo resolution. For quick multicolor prints, set all objects starting with “A” the same color, all objects starting with “B” the same color and all objects starting with “C” the same color.
