I made a replacement part for the left earcup of Arctis 9 headphones. The reason I made it was a broken hinge part. The replacement I made works fine and I had no problems with fitting the parts together. For the replacement process you need to solder the cables and remove a seger ring, but apart from that the process was very easy. My design does not require any additional hardware - you are supposed to just reuse original screws and parts.

I plan on making the model for the right earcup in order to have symmetric headphones, but no guarantees. If you want you are welcome to remix this model yourself.

I printed all parts from PLA and for the earcup I changed wall thickness to 3 layers in order to get a stronger part. Also I printed my plate part on a special build plate with carbon texture to get a nicer looking effect.
