AREBOS pool filter adapter

I've recently set up my AREBOS SPA Pool (AR-HE-SPA6RA) again and noticed that the adapter for the filter was missing. Since it's not available for purchase, I decided to design and print my own. This adapter is specifically designed to be used with AREBOS filters and is based on the [dpscrew library](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4136778).
