Argentina 3d remix

I made a remix of [the topographic map of Argentina posted by electrospell](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2715518).

I made a few modifications:

- Cleaned up polygons in the ocean area.
- Smoothed some areas that looked bad in the pampas.
- Made the base thinner
- Added words 'Argentina'
- Added Islas Malvinas! (Provided extra STL without them if you want).

I manually added pause code for my printer so that I could print the ocean blue and the land green.

After printing I added a [picture frame hook made by spacejerem](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2932343)-- i just used a little acetone to glue it to the back.

Hice algunas modificaciones:

- Limpie los polígonos en la zona del mar.
- Arreglé algunas zonas que se veían mal en las pampas.
- Hize la base más angosta.
- Agregué las palabras 'Argent
