Arlo 2nd Gen Essentials Ceiling Mount

Why did Arlo have to go and change their mounts for the 2nd Generation of essential cameras? I just wanted to mount one to a ceiling, but no. The new mount doesn't allow that and they do not sell an different mount for these cheaper cameras. I guess I'll buy the more expensive cameras… …said no one with a 3d printer and CAD knowledge. Inspired by their ceiling mount for the floodlight I bring you an adapter that will let you mount Arlo's cheapest cameras to your ceilings. Simply mount the mounting plate to the adapter, screw the assembly to your ceiling, and clip on your camera. Who needs more expensive cameras when you have an unfathomable amount of money sunk into 3d printing? ~~~ Assembly ~~~Print the part.Attach the Arlo Essential mounting plate to the printed part with the two (2) screws provided with the mounting plate. The “UP” side is the short side.Attach the assembly to your ceiling with the three (3) mounting holes. I used three (3) #8x1.25 screws. Please attach
