Hi,
I decided to model the bumper for the RC car Arrma Typhon. The bumper was printed and tested on the model instead of the original bumper and serves great. At 100% infil, it has sufficient strength to withstand normal shocks and does not break. I printed from PLA, but you can try other materials for more strength or flexibility.
