Arrow Spinner

This arrow spinner is perfect for making custom spinners on paper for prize wheels. Step 1 - lay out all the pieces on a piece of paper. Step 2 - poke a hole where you want the center of the spinner to be and place the paper on the base of the spinner with the hole over the raised portion of the spinner baseStep 3 - Place the flat piece with the hole over the raised piece that is sticking through the paper and force it down together to lock the paper between the two pieces Step 4 - Place the arrow over the raised piece and force the raised piece of the base through the hole in the center of the arrow.
