This is a tool for cleaning old glue and debris from the nock end of tapered aluminium arrows before glueing on a replacement nock. It was available to buy about 30 years ago but I've not managed to find anything similar since, so designed my own.
Once printed you will also need a round Swiss file (also known as a rat-tail file or needle file) from which you need to break three sections which are glued into the grooves on the tool using superglue. These are what cleans the taper when it's fitted on the end of the arrow and twisted.
