arrow whistle single print

Its the same print as Pandacat666's "Arrow whistle that really works" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5386919), but instead of 2 copies in the STL, it is just 1 allowing for easier placement on the bed. I would still print 2, but this just makes it easier.
