Artemis P15 Cocking Handle

Needs to be either glued or secured some other way to the cocking lever.

I added finger grooves for better grip, as well as a groove both above and below the lever as it felt more natural than other products on the market.

Edit 24/02/2020: Changed the default rotation of the file for easier printing. Should require far less supports.
