Arthritis lid tool

u/opossomfeet on reddit asked me to design this tool based on his initial design idea, to assist those with arthritis to open bottle lids.

I created two designs - type A is more comfortable to use, but has a limited range of lid sizes it can grip and type B, which is less comfortable but can be used on a larger range of bottles.

I found that the design struggled to grip bottles with metal lids, such as salad dressing bottles, but printing it in a flexible filament may allow it to grip better. I would appreciate feedback, as I don't know anyone with arthritis who I could ask to test the design.
