Articulated Hand Hard Hat Insert

A coworker thought a "rude" hand hard hat insert would be funny but I thought that would be a little risky walking through a public space. Instead I found feklee's articulated hand and made a compromise.

I printed at 100% scale and the joints are a little loose. There is a risk of accidental rudeness. If I print it again I'll scale it down by 3%-5% but that is directly related to my printer. The tab for the hard hat is also a little loose. That's not a problem with the name tags or ponies but makes it difficult to manipulate the fingers in this case. A sheet of paper folded over itself a few times and wedged behind the tab worked nicely to fix that.
