Articulated snake

An articulated rattlesnake with print-in-place ball joints. I printed at 0.2 mm with supports under the connecting rods. Gentle but firm force was needed to free the body segments and mobile portions of the rattle. The snake is about 280mm long. You may need to rotate the model across the diagonal of your print bed but I think it will fit on beds with 210mm in the smallest dimension. It may not scale down well due to clearance.

Note: The white model shown in the pictures is my first version. The tail was too fragile to survive the loosening process. The brown model is the version uploaded with a more robust rattle.
