Artist-D PRO elevated spool holder replacement

Remix of the previous holder that is inserted onto original spool holders (sans spool tubes) so that full print volume can be used. It seems that the fit depends on amount of paint on the original holders (left one is tight while right a bit looser), it does not really matter, but you can pad it with a bit of electricians tape. Posted STL is left piece, right is just mirror.
