I'm a huge nerd for Arturia and I wanted this for my Arturia Keyboard Stand and couldn't find it anywhere so I just made it myself. I wanted to make it as plain as possible so it can be used however you want without needing to remove a bunch of stuff. For instance you can easily print it by itself as a decorative piece for your studio or you can import it into another project and use it as a hole cutter, recessed/raised logo, or any other implementation you can think of.
