Where Chappel built his for bigger wood-working screws and fasteners, I had a BUNCH of M1~M4 gear that needed a similar solution. Oh, and I had lots of old filament I needed to burn through and 3D printers to demonstrate, so let's get creative!
I also generated a laser-cut profile for 3mm(1/8") plywood to accommodate them in a 7x7 array. I chose that as it suites the desired shelf.
The Solidworks 2015 files have a "divider" & fillet element that can be suppressed to make the box undivided.
I also prefer having my labels on the BOTTOM of the box face - it make is much easier to hook the whole bin with my finger to pull out of the tray.
