Astra Rocket 2

Rocket 2 was a suborbital test vehicle developed and flown by Astra. The vehicle was initially intended to be the companies orbital rocket but was deemed to have insufficient payload to orbit and was upscaled to what would later be Rocket 3. It was launched in 2018 from space complex Alaska from Kodiak. The suborbital launched failed soon after launch due to engine failure.
