Rear risers for an Asus Tuff A17 (2023).

They lift the rear about an inch for a little extra cooling.
They have a recess where the rear pads sit in. You can either just sit them under the back. Or, use some two sided tape to help hold them in place.
They have a little bit of a pitch so the front pads sit on whatever you place them on.
They do seem to help keep it a touch cooler. I don't think my fans run as much since I started using them.
