Asus Zenfone 2 Case

This is a rugged Asus Zenfone 2 case. The 2 piece design can be printed on small print beds with PLA filament.

Version 2 Has a 1.25" metal washer in the middle for a magnetic car mount. It's actually 3 washers glued together an epoxy. 2 1 1/4" washers with a smaller washer in the middle. The washers are optional and removable. Not glued to the case.

I've been using the case for about a month now. The connectors hold the 2 pieces together firmly and can be easily removed with a small screwdriver or knife.

The last picture I used wood filler and sanded to smooth it out. I thought it looked kind of cool like that, so I didn't paint it. Just a clear coat of nail polish.
