Atari 810 Disk Drive Rubber Washer Replacement

Inside the Atari 810 disk drive there are these 6 rubber washers supporting the drive mechanism - these cusion the drive mechanism a little during operation. After 40 years the original rubber parts are very hard and brittle. I made these TPU replacements for anyone who is restoring an 810 drive.

I'm using black TPU filament for this printing 6 at the same time. I used a skirt, no supports, 210 degrees C for nozzle and 60 C for the bed.
you may want to scale the height up by a small factor to get more cusioning.
