One of my hobbies are vintage 8 bit computers & of course computer games for those computers, back then a lot of computers used Atari Joysticks but there were some better alternatives that had arcade balls or better grips.. Alas! I haven´t found an Atari replacement joystick with a Ball unless I go to using a full arcade joystick to build an Atari joystick.

So I searched and found on Amazon a compatible Atari Joystick from a company called Hyperkin, I ordered it & discovered once it arrived that the stick of the joystick is threaded so you can change it!. I designed a new stick with a Ball to produce a (somewhat bootleg) arcade Ball joystick!, so far it has worked fairly well, is nice to look at and is easier on your hand!
