This is the battery cover for the Atari Lynx Model 1 / Make 1
I found a scale 3d model of the entire handheld here on 3dwarehouse by CommodoreCheetah - https://www.thingiverse.com/ComCheetah

I was then able to extract the battery cover from it into a STL file for printing replacement parts.
