Low profile case with LED light guides, buttons and labels.
This case is a total remake based on the sidecart case from coonsgm.
I remodelled it in Onshape so you can edit the source files easily:

The two LED light guides are simple channels into which you can carefully extrude some transparent glue stick from the bottom. They will allow you to see the LEDs without soldering to them. Be careful not to push too hard and melt them badly.
The buttons are a bit fincky but once they're in they're in. I glued my case shut because I don't expect to be opening it much. Time will tell if I should have added some snaps...
The top was designed for mounting the MCU board directly to the SidecarT PCB, using pin headers only, without a socket! A socket mounted MCU will not fit.
Printed in PLA, but anything would work. I used
