added a bit of tapering at the ends of the threaded rod and inside the cone at the transition between the threaded opening and plunger hole. This should reduce mess due to overhangs and I also suspect the colour change on the plunger was catching there a bit. Print and test in progress....

moved volcano specific settings to a new tab, added some additional settings such as chamfer for the cone, added colour, etc

+ added a new part, "drill-bit", so you can attach the cone to a drill or other tools, should you wish to sand or..... There are settings for shank in the Volcano tab - length, hex vs round, diameter - for easy attachment to a variety of tools.
