I updated some parts, strengthened the H Stabs, ensured everything would print single wall, adjusted the inner mounts, and enlarged the rudder servo horn.
AtomRC Swordfish Standard Tail
Print everything 0% infill except for Outer Stabilizer, Elevators, and Inner Mount.
Outer Stabilizer/Elevators - 10%
Inner mount - I went 15%, but you can do more. ADD 10-15 bottom layers for inner mount!
Bolt Inner mounts together through factory holes using M2 bolts.
Elevators are glued to a 3mm carbon rod. Make sure they're aligned when you glue them, you've got 1 shot!
V Stab is hinged with either CA hinge material, or if you're cheap like me you can just cut some tyvek mailer edges (you'll need to double it up) and CA them in there.
