Attema rotation tool

I installed Attema flush-mounted boxes (UD50 with rotating ring) when I discovered that the ring was not oriented correctly. Applying force to that ring to turn it is a challenge.

Inspired by a tool from ABB (7129.199), I created a tool to sort of scrape plaster from the ring and rotate the ring.
