I needed to create foam inserts for drawers containing audio equipment for live sound reinforcement (microphones, DI boxes, etc.). I could have simply traced around the equipment, but I wanted to be able to make the cutouts more consistently. I also wanted to get them drawn up so that if I ever pick up a small laser cutter / engraver I could use the profiles for laser cutting the foam.

I have included .stl files as well as the .skp files.

**Note** that these stencils were not made for the equipment to fit inside of them, as that would have made the foam cutouts too loose. If the profiles are used to create cases for any of the equipment listed, they will probably need to be scaled up slighly. If a tighter fit is desired, the stencil can be scaled down slightly prior to being printed. If you find these stencils useful, please share your make.
