Audioengine A1/A2 Cover

Clip on grill for the Audioengine A1/A2 series speakers. The cutouts are intended to be filled with an infill pattern with no top/bottom solid layers. 20% rectilinear infill worked well for me using PETG filament. Dimensions are tight, so the model may need scaled depending on printer accuracy.

Added a v4 grill that has two extra standoffs in the center and slightly longer clips that should be better for the A2 series speakers.
