Australian River Basins

Australian River BasinsThis is a print of the Australian River Basins using the “Australia's River Basins 1997” and 9 arc second Digital Elevation Model (DEM) from Geoscience Australia. The print files were created using QGIS and the DEMto3D plugin. When printed on a P1S, the final print is around 45 cm wide. Putting the pieces togetherYou may find it a little difficult to put some pieces together (I'm looking at you South-East Coast). Also, the North-East Coast has a fragile part. I broke mine. In the end, with some gentle tapping, most parts fit together. Some sanding may assist with the overall construction. While I think the print is fine as it is, you may wish to increase the thickness. To do this, click the scale, and untick the uniform scale button.
