Regulators are the Authority’s administrative assistants, security officers and foot soldiers. Operating in squads of four under an experienced Comptroller, Regulators are the public face of the Authority. In the Core, they draw little comment; in the Far Colonies, they are the personification of an intrusive, unwelcome authoritarian force. Sculpted by James Sherriff.
