Hey there,
I've made an fish feeding automat for my nano cube 30l. I'm feeding flake food, tablets and sticks for my nano shrimps, beta and some other tiny fishes and catfishes. I use it since 3 years now and it works still perfekt!
My feeder on the picture looks very wasted, because it has to be repairedclued as it fall down a lot (fucking cat -.-). So normally you don't need clue at the fish feeding automat.
It has 16 small divison which can be filled up with food individual.
It is supplied trought the arduino (5Vmicro usb)and I control it with the same time switch which although controls my aquarium light. So when in the morning the light goes on, there is a simple time delay in the setup of the arduino nano befor rotating one division on. (code in txt - sleep mode is not nesessary needed)
For the fish feeding automat you will altough need these things
-Arduono nano
-Step Motor 5V 28BYJ-48
-driver board (like in the picture - must be small enough to fit in the housing!)
