This rubber band turret can be laser cut and 3d printed, or just 3d printed (3DP_ files are the ones to replace the lasercut ones).
Its good for firing small rubber bands
For assembly, refer to the pictures or Fusion 360 file. This guide is useful for the laser cut version: https://imgur.com/r/diy/gir8c
The base is not included, its just a 10cm diameter circle.
I have only tested the laser cut version, so you may need to file down the 3d printed parts that replace the laser cut ones a bit.
You will need:
- Sandpaper - for rounding off the teeth at the back to make the rubber bands slide to the next tooth better, as well as sanding down the thickness of the sliding piece so it does so smoothly
- 2x SG90 9g Servo motors + servo horn + screws for servo arm
- 2x M3x15 bolts + M3 nuts for attaching the sensor mount and swivel mount
- M3x10 bolt + M3 nut for the firing mechanism
- 2x M2x15 bolts + M2 nuts for the firing servo
- Superglue, the whole thing is mostly glued toge
