This project is based on existed twist locks, but there are some diferences: - twisting of the locker is automatic, based on the leading mechanism with helisa line. Because of it, insert is easier and faster, and there is no need to manually locking it. - remove is fully automated (when connectors are mounted in corners and "touch" the ground, connectors will automatically unlock). - unlock is fully automated 1. Twisting locker: Corner push by lever leading mechanism, that turns locker. When the locker is turned 90 degrees, the blocker will block it in this position. In the upper part, blocker is a shaft, that is blocked in body. When Locker turns 90 degrees, shaft is mooved down by spring and special tenon is blocking locker in this position. In down part locker is a shield with holes similar to claw clutch. When locker is turned, is mooved by the spring and get blocked in that holes. 2. Removing: When blocker shaft gets mooved up by touching ground, tenon gets away from hole and locker is turning to neutral position. 3. Unlocking. When container mooving up (jump or gets lifted by crane), forces the locker to moove with it. Then, locker gets from clutch blocker holes and unlock. But, to avoid unwanted unlocking, leading track on the locker is puting the leading mechanism on the helisa. Then, if container only jumped, it will lock again, but if crane operator is low it only a little, and lift it again, the locker will full unlock.
