This is a design for a spherical magnet cleaner. I created it to automate the tedious task of cleaning the poles of the magnets. It cleans 216 magnets in about 7 minutes and uses the Zen Magnets microfiber cloth (any other microfiber cloth could work) to do the cleaning.
YouTube vid of it in motion:https://youtu.be/X3t2S8-REVI
As a note, the "16 sprocket" was printed with a 0.2mm nozzle but it should come out fine with a 0.4mm one.
Things it requires other than 3D printed parts:
-5v DC power supply
-Arduino (any type) code is included in thing files
-various wires
-28BYJ stepper motor
-ULN2003 stepper motor driver board
-standard 180 degree servo motor
-small binder clip
