So also for storage rooms, service rooms, supply rooms .... it is about designing a cleaning device that can work completely autonomously. and a device that can be manufactured, assembled and disassembled fully automatically by machines. here we have the first parts of a cyclone - and also an interchangeable - reusable cassette for a fine filter made of fabric - from which you can remove the filter materials - roughly and finely - for washing. the device should: - suck - sweep, even carpets, loosen the dirt - Clean, i.e. wipe with a damp cloth - also loosen dirt, remove - inject dust into pellets so that the dirt container remains free - Recycle water, cleaning solutions, reuse. - coat, seal, wax, polish surfaces the device has two middle drive wheels, consisting of two small motors - on the outside of which a rubber layer was vulcanized as a running surface. it also has four smaller, similarly designed wheels for controlling the device the device has sensors on an outer rim - in order to be able to measure the particle density in the air, to be able to spray water with a fine mist if the dust density is too high. Avoid dusting when working. the device is to be driven - yes, since it can separate water from the air in the room - and uses water: through a combination of hydrogen cells. the device has an internal disinfection radiator for cleaning the room air, suction air. step, igs, stl
