This is a 3D printed case to hold a couple LEDs and cheap tactile push button switch to make a faux Tellite/aviation style illuminated backlit push button switch. You also need to print out a label on paper and laser cut a clear acrylic lens (14x20.5mm iirc, maybe 2mm thick). It consists of 3 3D printed parts. The outer case, the inner button pusher, and the button/LED holder. Once all parts are assembled, the button holder is glued to the outer case. You can glue in the button and the LEDs, but the button is captured by the button pusher and the button holder, so it shouldn't be necessary to glue in, and the LEDs should be a friction fit, but YMMV. You might have to sand down the sides and corners of the button holder a little bit to get smooth action.

The metallic silver you see on the switch face plate in the photo is just aluminum HVAC tape.
